Turbo Debit Card

Does anyone know what the limits of this card is? I tried withdrawing my deposited funds since I received a recent refund and it was denied. I tried another amount and it was denied. I can see the money was deposited, so that's not the issue. I also withdrawed funds a few weeks ago from my state return and it worked. I tried calling and was on hold for over an hour and I am not trying that again. I can't even access any card agreement information on the website or app.

Replying to my own question in case someone has the same question.

The monthly limit for ATM withdrawals is $3,000. If you reach your ATM limit, you can go to Walmart Money Center for withdrawals of up to $1,000 per day I believe. You can also go to a bank teller and ask to do a "cash advance" but most banks seem to be leery of this.

Also emailing may actually be more effective than phone calls. They may take a few days to get back but I was very surprised that they answered my email. Sorry I don't have it copied but just go to their "contact us" option on the turbo debit card website and try that if you need answers. Hopefully this helps someone.

*You are not authorized to conduct transactions that in the aggregate exceed $5,000 per calendar day. For security reasons, we may limit the amount, number or type of transactions you can make on your Card and any funding or reload of your Card. You may withdraw up to a maximum of $3,000 per calendar month from ATMs and up to a maximum of $3,000 per calendar month from teller transactions, unless otherwise indicated.
