trying to see my 2018 tax refund

I'm trying to see my 2018 tax refund. When I go into my Turbo tax account, it shows my 2019 tax refund amounts but when I click on "2018", it doesn't show any amount. I *know* I received a refund for that year.

 The TurboTax website will not show you the 2018 tax refund amount.  You need to download the PDF of your 2018 tax return to see the refund.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
