20190803 I'm a daily. Checked the transcripts today and still no update from 2/25/19.

I have an accepted date of 3/11/19
And a 971 dated for 3/18/19

Tax advocate still has not reached out to me. It's been over a week now. I'm losing hope.

@Dashlolz that 03/11/19 is the date they begin processing and the 03/18 next to the 971 is the date they will send the notice or the date you should have received your notice.

Don't feel bad haven't heard from my TA either. I filed 01/28 im a weekly still haven't updated got two 4464c letters telling me im under income review my cycle date is 20190705

Don't lose hope. Eventually we will all get it. If it's been over 5 working days, what I would suggest is calling the IRS and tell them that you been waiting on a tax advocate to call you but nobody has reached out and ask for their number so you can call them yourself. Let them know your going through a hardship and it's important that you speak with them. This tax season has been a complete mess. 971 sounds like a review? Have you called the irs and ask them about your account? See why you have the 972 code.

I called them on 2/28/19 and was told they didn't receive a W-2 from one of my employers. They forwarded me to a TA, the advocate assigned me a case number.

I spoke with the employer whom allegedly failed to provide the W2. He told me that another employee was having the same issue. On 3/9/19 he mailed, faxed and e filed my w2's again. He received an email that it would be processed in their system for the IRS within 72hrs. It should be noted I've called the TA office I was assigned to with no luck what so ever. I'm at the point where there is nothing more I can do as it's in the hands of the IRS.

Actually you can. Call the irs and let them know. If they don't give you a new tax advocate, call the one you have or find out where they are located and ask to speak or leave a message asking for the manager and let them know. I just seen a case on this on a Facebook group I follow and the manager will take care of it. If they go over a week without contacting you, they get highly furious as it effects all of them too. I still haven't spoke with my TA either. They have till tomorrow to Call me or I'll be doing the same thing.

If any of you can check your transcript do so . I just checked mine and i am resolved and issued 3/20/2019 ... Just waiting for WMR to update tomorrow.

Nothing as of yet. But weekly updates are all day today till 4pm EST. I do have a letter coming today in the mail according to my usps email but not sure what it is. It just says irs and from the city I live in and it looks like somebody wrote my name and my husband's on it. No new codes and transcripts don't say a letter has been mailed out so who really knows at this time. I'm just over it.

I called the IRS today and explained what was going on. She couldn't tell me anything as I have an advocate but she did notate that it's been 2 weeks and I haven't been contacted by the TA. She also notated that I've also attempted to call them. She recommended I write a letter to the office and if I still do not get in touch the IRS can do alternative things to fix the situation.

That's odd. I filed and accepted on 2/14. The letter I received today from the irs was actually from my TA advising me she has my case and has already contacted the irs to push my refund through since there are no issues. She will be contacting me on April 2nd to speak with me in which she says the case will be resolved by then. So now it's just waiting since it's completely out of my hands.
