After you file

I called them on 2/28/19 and was told they didn't receive a W-2 from one of my employers. They forwarded me to a TA, the advocate assigned me a case number.

I spoke with the employer whom allegedly failed to provide the W2. He told me that another employee was having the same issue. On 3/9/19 he mailed, faxed and e filed my w2's again. He received an email that it would be processed in their system for the IRS within 72hrs. It should be noted I've called the TA office I was assigned to with no luck what so ever. I'm at the point where there is nothing more I can do as it's in the hands of the IRS.
