I wanted to know how is it that the IRS released my money, yet I didn’t even get An update I had to investigate myself. Once I did, I found out that it said they were holding it. I am so confused how TurboTax can do business with a company taking peoples money and not answering the phone. I am beside myself, all my bills are due, all the important things that needed to be done cannot be done. I just want to know what my recourse is, I can’t even get someone to answer emails. I have called turbo tax, greendot, cavista bank, even Tpg. And still gotten no answers or return calls. I sent in all info again, I put the right bank info in, checked that a million times thinking I screwed it up. Nope! Just doesn’t make sense and is greatly disheartening. Please help me! PLEASE!!!

What reason did TPG give for holding your refund?  (They do not notify TT.)  Also, be aware that they provide this Pay with Refund service for many other tax prep companies besides TT.

They really didn’t give me a explanation. The message is that my info was unverifiable. Which is wrong, all my info is correct. There is no way to reach them. And they won’t answer emails or phone calls. I am fed up with this already. It’s like if they have my money and other peoples they should understand how important it is to the people that are waiting for it.
