TPG AMOUNT IN MY BANK IS LESS THEN 1/3 OF MY REFUND! IRS WEBSITE STATES THEY SENT THE FULL AMOUNT! SO WHERE IS MY MONEY?

I have used turbo tax for YEARS and have never had an issue like this. I have no clue what to do. I had the cost of the tax filing taken out of my refund. I asked for direct deposit to my bank account. I received a direct deposit but it is less then 1/3 of my total refund! IRS site states money was sent to my bank account. Logging into tpg website and they state no account found! Will call tomm but this is very stressful. Stress for no reason at all .
