The IRS is still processing your tax return.  The 21 days is an IRS target, it is not a guarantee.

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

I'm having the same problem as you. My refund was excepted on 2/2/2022 it's 3/1/2022 and still Nothing!

Dang so your IRS website is actually giving you an update on an actual date you're supposed to expect your IRS refund but you haven't received it yet this sucks I wonder why what we are supposed to do next I hope that doesn't happen to me maybe somebody can get back to us on this feed and let us know what's going on and we could do next
