The irs website says my refund will be deposited to my account today, and that normally happens around midnight or 1am, and mine still has not gotten to my account, why could this be?

I'm having the same issue. I had the amount to file my taxes taken from my refund. I went to the banking site that does this loan and it said it received my taxes yesterday, they took their fee out but I still haven't gotten it deposited in my account.

I have the same issue. I contacted the IRS today and they advised me the same, turbo tax has to take out their fees, but turbotax isnt even showing my refund approved yet and never sent me an update when my state taxes were approved and sent. Then when I tried to contact turbotax, all I get is a run around circle advising me to contact the IRS. I dont understand why Turbotax is holding tax payer money. This is unacceptable, I will never use turbotax again after this experience. I depend on my taxes and having to wait unnecessarily is a waste of time. I want a real answer from a real person.

Did you have them take the fees for filling from your refund?

@albabcock08 If you used "Pay with my Refund", once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit fund into your account. Maybe a few days longer with this service.

So once Santa Barbara Tax Products Group receives your refund from the IRS, they will take out the fee and send to your financial institution.
