I filed my 2019 taxes and its still pending but in yhe drop down boxs it now say zero

2019 is "pending"? When did you file it? The current online software is only for 2020 returns. Did you use online for a 2019 return by mistake?

May I ask are you seeing "pending" in your account? Also, are you referring to the Refund Meter?
