.tax2017 wont open

.tax2017 downloaded file wont open in Turbotax Premier 2017. It is the same year, so I can not for the life of me figure out why it will not open the file. I've tried deleting app and re downloading, restarting the computer, re downloading the .tax file, nothing works. I get this message every time: 

The document "TurboTaxReturn.tax2017" has the wrong tax year or some other issue that prevents us from opening it.  Please make sure you have the right file and try again.
