Tax return for 2019

The irs states my taxes were sent to my bank on 5 28. But my bank hasnt received it and neither has turbo tax

if your return had a bad routing or a/c number the payment went back to the IRS.  it will now issue you a paper check.  considering that the IRS is understaffed at this time getting your paper check could take 8-12 weeks maybe more.
