Dear Sir/Madam
Today i have finished my application for my 2018 tax return.
In order to start this procedure i have paid 80$ service fee. When i started the application i have not been warned that the online application for 2018 tax return is overdue.
I cant file my application for the tax return.
I received and error during the final stage of application saying that the intuit electronic filling center is closed for the 2018 personal income tax filling season and that i should file it by mail.
I need some instructions about how to file the tax application by mail. Which address should i mail i to.
Could you provide me with assistance and give me tips on how can this problem be solved.
I do not have American phone number so i could not reach your customer support service. Also i could not find any email where i could address this problem.
Hope to hear from you soon,
Best regards!

Prior year tax returns can never be mailed using TurboTax. Go to the file section and choose the option to file by mail in step 1. When you print the return, a sheet of filing instructions will print with the return for what to include and maybe where to mail it. If you need help finding where to mail it, use this link: https://www.irs.gov/uac/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment?_ga=1.31357439.177...
CORRECTION: Prior year tax returns can never be efiled using TurboTax. TurboTax does not mail your return for you. You must print and mail it yourself.
No version of Turbotax can mail your return for you because you have to print and sign your return.
For 2018, you can't be using Turbotax Online. You can only prepare a 2018 return with the 2018 desktop software which you can purchase as a CD or download to install on a Mac or PC. When your return is ready to file and you print it, you will also print a cover page with instructions on where to mail the return and what to include.
