Tax refund received less than it should have been

Like many others, I received my refund and it was less than the amount I was supposed to receive. Customer support has been zero help and the IRS said I had no offsets and the amount promised was correct. It’s been since February 24th and I’ve had no resolve!!!! It’s so frustrating! Has anyone had any luck in getting this issue resolved?
