Tax refund posted on irs webpage and no funds have been posted to my account

I just checked my return status on the IRS webpage and it says that the payment has already been sent but it was supposed to go to my Credit Karma account and there’s still zero dollars on there

I am in the same situation. Mine was supposed to come in yesterday but I’ve still not gotten anything.

Same for me, IRS shows "Your refund was sent to your bank on February 9, 2022 for direct deposit." but no money in my Credit Karma spend account is still $0. I wonder if there is a delay because I had turbo tax fee's taken out of my return.

Same exact message. Hopefully it'll get resolved soon.

Good to know I’m not alone here. I tried calling TPG, but I couldn’t get past the automated system because it said my SSN was invalid (??)

I went to the following website and it shows funded and seems to show that they sent it to credit karma on 2/8/22 but still no money in account. Calling the 800 number gave me same message as you.

The IRS refund site also tells you to allow up to five days to see the deposit in your account.

Wasn't the whole selling point of using Turbo Tax and Credit karma spend account to avoid these delays. Even so it appears IRS sent money to TPG who took the filling fees and sent it to Credit Karma so the delay is on the intuit side regardless.

My sentiments exactly...if I would've had it sent to my regular bank, I would've at least been able to get answers!

I thought I was in the same boat but must of have been one of the lucky ones.  Checked IRS refund status which stated that my refund was sent on 02/09.  Called TurboTax support and actually got a live person.  Asked how long it takes for funds to be posted after IRS sends refund.  The individual stated anywhere between 2 to 14 days.  My funds were deposited to my personal account this morning, 02/11.  I did NOT do the Credit Karma promotion.

I checked this link as well...
