Submitted my taxes March 1st and it is still pending

Spoke with IRS about my pending status and was told my taxes were sent to the Error Department.  Why can I not talk to someone with Turbo Tax to identify this "error" that its system clearly missed?

No one at TurboTax will know about it.    The IRS does not share any information about your tax return with TurboTax after you file.   The "error" could be a variety of things---sometimes they give you a list of the possible errors----like an incorrect SSN, incorrect amount claimed for the recovery rebate credit, income you reported incorrectly, income you left out,  etc. etc.   Your only source of information about your tax return is the IRS.
