I’ve been stuck in pending status since Saturday Feb 1st I called they tried to say it’s because it was a weekend but lots of people I know was accepted and or rejected. Yet I’m sitting pending like can yall please just cancel it and let me resubmit because everyone else is getting something while I’m just stuck in limbo still!
Is there in issue with TurboTax software between 2/3/2024 - 2/6/2024
I’m wondering the same thing. I switched from H&R Block to TurboTax this year and mine has been in pending status for 4 days. In past years with H&R Block mine has always been accepted the day of or the day after.
Did your status ever change? Or are you still stuck in pending status?
Im still stuck in pending since saturday. Any news?
My tax returns been sitting in a pending status since the 7 of February and Its making me mad at this point. What do we need to do to get this taking care of?
Once your return is accepted for processing by the IRS and/or State, we have no control over your return.
You should track your refund directly from the IRS and/or Department of Revenue’s Website. These websites have the most accurate and up to date information. They get updated once a day.
The IRS issues most refunds within 21 days, assuming that there's no delay and nothing is holding your return. Some returns are subject to an automatic hold due to the Path Act when certain credits are claimed.
The (PATH Act) prevents the IRS from issuing early refunds (before mid-February) on any tax return that claims the Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC) and/or Additional Child Tax Credit.
