Stimulus- TurboTax refuses to answer where my stimulus is!!

I did not receive my 2nd stimulus deposit and I am eligible. I paid my tax processing fee through TurboTax out of my refund. No one will answer me at TurboTax if I will be receiving my payment. TurboTax says they are not responsible or able to see where they sent my payment however from the media, I heard it was sent to TurboTax. I can’t wait for a tax rebate and need the stimulus payment ASAP.... how do I get it if TurboTax refuses to answer any of my questions? Others have received an email that they are working on correcting the error but I have not received an email.

Oh trust me I'm right there with you my 2018 taxes were filed account number everything got my first stimulus checks in in there no problem 2019 I didn't make anything I still file but then I also did the non filers and for some reason it's an account that is not my account it is not in my Turbo account and I have no other car nobody's telling me what's going on and it says it's been in there since the fourth no idea what's going on just know it's not my account
