I received my 1095 A form that had amounts in the columns for Jan-April and filed my taxes. A few days after I filed them I received a second 1095 A form with amounts in the columns for May-December. What will happen now? What should I do?

You will have to amend your return.
It was already accepted by the IRS and turbo tax is telling me I will have to wait until the tax amend form is ready to be able to amend it. I also did some research on it and it says that I have to wait until I receive the funds then amend, but I do not think they will approve it because of this mistake so I'm thinking I will have to wait on a letter from the IRS.
This is a very common thing to happen and the IRS has a process to handle it. It is most likely that they will notice the difference between the 1095-A information in the return and what they receive from Healthcare.gov. Then they will send it to research and you should receive a letter asking you to send them more information directly to the department handling the research. Then they would process the return normally.
If they do not notice the difference and process your return, you can use TurboTax to amend the return but please wait until they have deposited your refund so you know they have completed the original return.
