After you file

This is a very common thing to happen and the IRS has a process to handle it. It is most likely that they will notice the difference between the 1095-A information in the return and what they receive from Healthcare.gov. Then they will send it to research and you should receive a letter asking you to send them more information directly to the department handling the research. Then they would process the return normally.

If they do not notice the difference and process your return, you can use TurboTax to amend the return but please wait until they have deposited your refund so you know they have completed the original return.

This TurboTax Help article has instructions for responding if you receive IRS letter 12C asking for more information about your 1095-AResponding to IRS Letter 12C
