I filed my taxes on February 3rd and have not received my refund yet. I looked at the taxes I filed and it included a schedule K form and populated information that it should not have included. The J & B Thornton LLC shut down 2 years ago. How do I fix this issue?

TurboTax already screwed over about a million people and took away half the refunds from STBG Bank or whatever it's called STPG whatever They **bleep**ed everybody over and wouldn't let us pay for our federal out of our or pay for our state out of our federal and if you didn't choose to use a debit card or their method of payment and you chose direct deposit you got charged so you got charged for your federal your state and for using their bank to transfer your money and then people lost an extra couple thousand dollars anywhere from 40 to a couple thousand dollars I've seen over half the refunds missing because TPG bank took it all for no reason

Sorry wrong message on the wrong post but you should probably file other men to return as soon as possible

As long as no income and deduction information was included in the K-1 filed with your 2021 return, just be sure to delete the K-1 when you file your 2022 return.

Amending your 2021 return to remove the K-1 would not generate a change in your taxes, so it would not be beneficial.

If you received a final K-1 when the business shut down and it was not reported on your return as 'final' at that time, you may want to take a look at amending the return for that year.  There may have been some final dispositions that needed to be reported.
