SBTPG sending refunds

@Samiiswhattheycallme @That is exactly what’s been happening to me. I can’t get a person on the phone either. I have called 6 times today, sat on the phone anywhere from 50 minutes to 2 hours, just to get cut off.🙄 I am so not impressed. I keep trying not to get frustrated but it’s hard when I should have the funds and now I can’t even get an answer about when I should possibly get them🙄

Same! I have been calling every day since 2/9 and every day it says a bank print check was issued on the day that I called! Today they said “you’ll get it sometime this month”. The IRS gives you an idea of when to expect it….SBTPG don’t! I will never use TurboTax again!

Any updates? My DDD was 2/22 and still stuck on Unfunded

No updates at all I’ve called him every single day since the 16th and all I get is give us 24 hours in callback will have it funded in 24 hours and they never do. I was told today that I have two accounts one from last year and one from this year and when the IRS sent the money over they put it in the wrong account and that’s why it’s not showing funded so I say merge the accounts and send me my money and they say it takes time we’re gonna have to have a supervisor do it call us back in 24 hours so it’s been two weeks still no money and they’re getting interest I will never use TurboTax again ever

This is crazy I can't believe they are doing this to us. I've called twice so far, first time(2/28) was told they received it on the 16th and to call in 24 hrs so I did then was the told to give it a few more days.

Yesterday I was informed that SBTPG will not be sending any refund checks for the next 48 hrs. The wait time for refund transfer is 7-10 business days beyond that, if in fact your refund check is actually issued at that time. They offered no guarantees those S.O.B.'s!

My friend got her money this morning at 4:30 stpg only held it for a day.

I have talked to a real person last year haven't tried this year.
