Do you mean your Refund? Did you efile or mail your return? They are not processing mailed returns right now.
Was your return Accepted? First double check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
When will you get your refund,

Oh, are you asking about your 2018 refund you filed in Jan 2019
Or your 2019 return you filed this year in Jan 2920?
I efiled and it was expected
Yes my 2018 I filed January 28 2019
Over a year ago? Did you ask us or the IRS back then?
Was your return Accepted?
When you log into your account you should see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
Maybe it Rejected or you didn't finish filing or you were suppose to mail it. When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
If it was Accepted you have to ask the IRS about it. Maybe they kept it or adjusted your return. You should have received a letter in the mail by now.
I have not received any letter in the mail when I check my status it says is still processing
Have you filed your 2019 return? That could be the status for this year. Log into your 2018 Turbo Tax Account. What does it say?
Maybe contact the Taxpayer Advocate
