Why won't turbo tax let me refuse tax audit defense and fils my fed & state taxes

Signing up for Tax Audit Defense is not required. You can review your fees and remove any unwanted charges prior to filing your return.

Removing the unwanted charges does not get rid of Tax Audit Defense. Turbo Tax still wants the $44.95 from my credit card or federal tax refund.
