Refund was not correctly received Credit Karma issued wrong refund

First card I received I didn't know it was my refund so I threw card away then i called for a new credit karma card when the issued underpaid credit card missing $172

And.....when you say the refund amount was wrong----did you choose to pay your software fees by having them deducted from your federal refund? If you did that, remember that there was a "refund processing fee" of $40 ($45 in CA) + whatever your TurboTax fees + tax that would have been deducted from the total amount of the federal refund that they put on your card.
