Refund says today, haven’t received

I haven’t received mine either and this is just unacceptable I have family and friends who have filed after me with other places and they already received their money.

For me it looks like Santa Barbara bank took out there fee, and then deposited my refund back into there account instead of mine.  Now I can't get them on the phone.

 I did a refund advance with turbo tax, and when the rest of my refund came SBTPG did not deposit the money into my account.  Instead they deposited the remainder after fees back into the SBTPG account.

It was 02/26/2025.  SBTPG received the funds on 02/25/2025 and deposited them back into their account on 02/26/2025

I finally got them on the phone.  They tried to act like I needed to call the bank and give them my trace number but they corrected it instantly and I didn't need to call my bank

How did everyone reach a live person when calling TurboTax? The automated system kept hanging up on me! I have the same issue as everyone here. It's been 1 week since IRS released my refund and deposited it into my bank, but I never got anything. They said to call TT because TT needs to release the refund after they charged me for the service. Still nothing!

You need too call Sbtpg they are the ones that have control of the money. 877-908-7228 I belive that is the number.

My sister in law did hers last week and got hers yesterday I did mine late January still haven’t gotten mine or a date nothing

Go to ID Me and you can sign in to the IRS and see if you have to verify your identity. If so you should be able on there.

I have a refund date of February 26th and it is now March 1st it says that it would deposit on the 26th but how do I know if it is in my account and it just hasn't hit because it's saying that it was received accepted and sent but I just don't know where and how would I find out where it was sent if someone could please get back to me
