I got approved for 2000 refund advance the was supposed to be in my account after the IRS accepted my return. They accepted yesterday and I still haven't received it. Other people have. Many other people but I havent

Do I not qualify for EITC if I was unemployed? Maybe I don't understand thought I could get the credit refunded even if I don't have income to report.
