Refund Advance

I’m seeing a lot of posts about people not getting their refund advance… is there anyone out there that has received their advance to give us other people some luck?

If you were approved for the Refund Advance, you'll receive the funds typically within one hour to 48 hours of the IRS accepting your e-filed return. You should also receive an email from Credit Karma when your Refund Advance funds are available. See this TurboTax help article for more information: What's Refund Advance?

If you apply for the advance advanced and it said you are prequalified prequalified meaning as long as your tax return was above a certain amount I'm assuming like 3 grand and above you should receive it I received mine yesterday and it came pretty pretty fast once the Ira is accepted my federal return it was in there within minutes in the credit karma account And then you get a virtual account Until your card comes in 7 to 10 business days I haven't had my card coming yet I'm assuming some time next week is should be here but I did receive my events within yeah you see my advance within minutes of the accepting my Return I filed late last night or the night before the next morning Apple cup is aint a woke up it said it was accepted and then within 10 minutes my advance was already in my account If you requested for the advance and say that you would pre qualify Meaning you were getting back a certain amount then Wednesday once they accept your return it should be in your account within minutes 10 minutes keep your heads up I was actually shocked in surprise how fast I got my advance I didn't even know I was actually getting getting it until after my return was accepted So if they said you qualify for an advance if your return is accepted then you qualify and you will receive it once your return is accepted but your federal return has to be accepted by the IRS before they issue the advanced out so not a Not approved but accepted I received to Grant my tax return altogether was yeah altogether was 8000  And they already sent me 2 grand of it sof it so I probably will get anywhere between foreign some change to 5 grain back If I can get the advance and be accepted and be accepted anybody can get it so just be patient it'll be I'll be in there And they're sending you email or a text message if that's what you requested for them to do if you didn't put that down I don't know exactly how that may work out they have to keep checking it but I told him I would like to update texts for email and they sent it

Wow I got approved for the advance and my refund was accepted by the IRS on the 20th and still nothing!

Ridiculous reply! A known experience, what does that even mean? Still no answers from anyone and no advance, Beyond disappointed with turbo tax this year

 @Wikkedlovely This means the company processing the returns has found the issue and they are looking into it. We will update as further information comes in.
