And how will we receive the remaining balance of our tax refunds?
It will not bounce to the new account it will be rejected and sent back to the IRS who will then send you a paper check so you’ll have to wait around 6 to 10 weeks after your deposit date for that check
Seems unethical if they already took the advance money out. You would think they would issue a check instead of returning it to the irs
You would think but we’ve already been on phone with credit karma, turbo tax and the irs.
Per STBG it states that if the bank rejects your refund they issue check. It doesn’t get returned to IRS.
Same! No emails and no follow up email as well! Called and no one can do nothing because it’s the higher ups..
how do we sue!
Definitely won’t be using them anymore or anyone I know after this!
That still makes no **bleep** sense how they close accounts of people who actually was suing the account
Heres an Update. Today I recieved an email from Credit Karma that my deposit of ***** is now available in my account. I obviously checked skeptically but of couse the new account isnt funded. But They do have my refund now what? Apparently they accepted the refund to a supposedly closed account. ?????
That obviously can't be true because they closed my account and I opened a new one and I just got the notification 3 hours ago that my federal refund was deposited into my account and it is not showing up so I have no idea where it's at This is crazy
My refund was just deposited into my account it says I got the notification that my federal refund was deposited into my account and it's not there I am one of the many whose account was closed and I opened up a new account and now there's nothing in my account but I got the notification saying it was deposited just now
From what I’ve read if you selected the closed account when you filed your tax return it will not automatically go into the new account they will mail you a check 🙁
Yes to thousands of people I contacted the federal trade commission and they're being investigated
No we weren't notified this is why I contacted the federal trade commission now they're being invested and I'm sure they'll be sued again
I got a lawyer it's lawsuit time
