Recieved seperate letters from irs for UE refunds, but with same SSN. Amount in letter was not what was deposited, nor what was figured out in turbotax software. Advice?

Both received letters stating same amount for refund but with the same SSN. Only recieved one deposit which was different to letter sent from IRS and also what was calculated when I looked at amending return but was advised not to and to just wait for IRS.

The deposit you received was for interest on the UE that will be returned.  The deposit may also include some thing else that the IRS found on your return.  The  UE refund will get deposited or sent in a check.  You will get a letter with a complete explanation within 30 days.

They letter I received stated the amount of UE refund but it is half what was figured out in the turbo tax software and per the refund examples. They didnt state if anything was taken out or added in just that it was the UE refund.
