Received COVId-19 Stimulus under single

Hello,

I have received my stimulus payment of $ 1200 but IRS considered my 2018 filer info. when my status was single. However, they did not considered my 2019 filer info. as this year I filed under married filing jointly due to this I received $ 1200 less.
Note: My Federal Return for 2019 is still in progress.

please advise

Thanks

If you filed MFJ in 2019, you did get your $1,200. Apparently, your wife did not get hers. There is no way to know why the IRS split it up at this time.

Thank you Coleen, but I am still unclear if she will be getting stimulus payment or not.

If not then why? and if yes any idea when?
