I have a refund date of 2/5/20 (tomorrow) but a processing date of 2/17/20 on my transcript. Why would they process after the refund?

Is it true that ordering a transcript will tell me when my refund is coming?

I cannot choose the pay with credit card option- it throws me out, and saves the document but will not let me file it. I do not want you to be take the money from my refund- why should I pay more?
