@Mblevins64 In regards to TurboTax's refund policies it varies depending on the product that you used. If you had purchased a physical TurboTax Desktop CD either at an authorized retailer or directly from turbotax you could've filled out a form to submit a refund on the turbotax site or returned it to the authorized retailer. However, for this guarantee it's only for 60 days from the day of purchase and you must include proof of purchase such as a receipt. If it was the TurboTax Online (website or mobile app) program then they do not give refunds after you have paid and filed your taxes. I've been told that they don't do this because of their turbotax terms of agreement for services provided. However, given your situation they might have to take a look into your account and see what services you used that would charge you that amount. Or you could go over your order confirmation email as well. You can reach out to support they're open daily from 5am-9pm PT.
