I had a card issued with turbo tax and i went to jail and lost all my property and wallet. Will turbo tax please issue me another card so the irs can put money on it?

My state tax in NJ was accepted on Jan 31, 2025 but yet the return has not come. On TurboTax it says accepted, while on NJ tracker it says processing? Please help
