No status

When I go to the IRS website and mobile app to check the status, it keeps saying it can't find my information, though, TurboTax says it was accepted on 1/30/2020. What is going on?!

The same thing was happening to me for 3 weeks. I found that I was entering the amount of refund from the Turbotax final numbers which is the state refund and federal all together. Try checking that you are only entering the federal amount.

If there is no record of your return at where's my refund  or you are getting the message "You may not have entered your information correctly",  an important factor can be if you are married filing jointly.  Make sure you are using the Social Security Number for the name that appears first on the return.  Keep in mind that once the IRS notifies TurboTax that your return was accepted we won't get any more information from them.
