No option for refund advance when i checkout

I'm over it now, but, I was hella pissed because I needed some of that money before my taxes hit, but no need to cry over something that's out of my control.

It has to be a glitch,  I was offered it to that I qualify and no option at the end.

So basically its definitely an option to choose but it comes after the payment options of receiving your refund.  You have to choose other and then youll see the advance option.  Its even after the 5 day option appears.  Its not very considerate of the website builders to do this to people and from my experiences this year with TT IT MAY BE TIME TO MOVE ONTO ANOTHER SOFTWARE AFTER IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 7 YEARS.  To much garbage going on with this company and its obviously causing problems for many of their customers.  They better get it together and fast.  Smh...  Really dissapointed with TT.

When you get two the two direct deposit options where you choose either Credit Karma or a regular bank, click “No thanks”.

This happened to me this year. I had to pay for a TurboTax expert to do mine, for it to give me the option for the advance. Now they are telling me there’s “technical difficulties” with the advance. :(

Be sure you are eligible for the advance if you do not see the option. The Refund Advance is only available if you qualify and is not guaranteed. 

Here are a couple things to check:

• If you are using a TurboTax partner affiliate link to use the software, the Refund Advance will not be available.
• If you select the 5 Day Early Refund Delivery, you will not see the Refund Advance option, but you can return to the refund selection page and find all the options listed.

Refund Advance Eligibility

Here are some of the eligibility requirements to qualify for a Refund Advance loan:

• You’re 18 or older
• Your expected federal refund amount is $500 or more
• You’re not a resident of North Carolina, Connecticut, or Illinois
• You’re e-filing your federal tax return with TurboTax
• Your physical address is listed on your tax return. Your address must be located in one of the eligible states and can’t be a PO box or prison address
• You’re not filing one of these tax forms: 1310, 4852, 4684, 4868, 1040SS, 1040PR, 1040X, 8888, or 8862
• You aren’t filing on behalf of a deceased taxpayer
• You must report income on a Form W-2, 1099-R, or Sched C
• You must open or have an existing Credit Karma Money™ checking account

Re-read the post.  She wasn't denied - the option was not given to even apply or ask.  Have IT check your page please, as the option is not even there to get approved or denied.  Thanks.

I FOUND IT!!! Look below the options it gives you and in small print it says other options. CLick that and scroll to the bottom!

FOUND THE FIX!!!
When you are on the file option, and you're on the second step of where you want to deposit, it shows the 2 options for Bank or Credit Karma- press the BACK button on lower left, it popped up immediately.

Same. Just hit the back button and it was right there.
