Hopefully everyone’s refund will come in soon enough. Mine is supposed to be funded to the Credit Karma account but IRS says if by March 1st it hasn’t been credited, then it is an issue with the banking institution (Credit Karma).
I just learned to never use this service after this. Way too much undue stress.
I am the same way!!!! i was the 26th.
This is an old thread. However, please see this Help Article for information regarding Refund Advance.
You will want to make sure the primary taxpayer's information on the return matches the information in the Credit Karma account. If it does, please contact Credit Karma on their Contact Us page.
Have you gotten them yet?👀
Please clarify. Were you told you would receive the Refund Advance or your regular refund on February 15th?
This is the worst I knew something was wrong when I received the 1000 dollars advancement but nothing else. Please do not use credit karma this does not work and you will be lose with no where to turn.
Can you clarify what issue you are having trouble with? @jamesashley
I have not received any update on how much my refund is after receiving the 1000 dollars advance payment. When I try to post my exact return amount on irs.gov it tells me the information or amount is incorrect. How could I receive a portion of my return but nothing else no information or why where or when I'm receiving anything else
On the Where's My Refund website, try inputting your refund amount with the $1000 Refund Advance, and then without the advance amount. If the website still does not display your information, you will need to contact the IRS directly. You can refer to the following Help Article for assistance: How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)? - Intuit
My taxes were accepted by the IRS on January 12th. I got an email stating that my advance card was being mailed and would be here in 10 to 14 days. It’s been a month. There is nothing on the digital card that I was able to get either.
Here is an FAQ: When will I get my Refund Advance? Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't have an email.
