Re: Never received my payment

I filed my taxes this year using the site and it saying my payment came but was never deposited in my back account. Where are all the live agents to speak to. Do I call the irs to figure out where my money went?

I didn't receive STATE return yet. I already called to state, they said to contact to turbo tax. but I tried to contact customer service that not contact.
