You have to sign onto your 2019 online account using the exact same User ID you used to create the online account.

Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one).  Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

If you used TurboTax Online for your 2019 return preparation, you will be able to find a copy in your Tax Home page by scrolling down to Your tax returns & documents then selecting Show.  If you were using TurboTax Desktop, you can get a free transcript of your 2019 return from the IRS,   Click here to get a transcript of your return.

I have been trying to get a copy of my 2019 Tax filing to complete this year's  It seems that the love I had for Turbotax is dying out.  Matters are more complicated now.   Since you are doing my taxes, any information about 2019 filing should be readily available to you.  Please help me complete my taxes today.
