My taxes for 2024 were filed by TurboTax member. I have not received my refund yet.when can I expect my refund ?

What do you mean by "TurboTax member"? TurboTax doesn't have members. Do you mean that someone else used TurboTax to file a tax return for you? Or did you use TurboTax to file your tax return yourself? Or did you use TurboTax Live Full Service? If someone else filed the tax return for you, did you pay the person to do it?

Whoever filed the tax return for you should give you a copy. If you didn't get a copy, ask the person for it. If you paid someone to file your tax return, they are required to give you a copy.
