Ignore the prompt asking for your card number. Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.

No what I meant was I did my 2020 taxes and I had to verify my identity it took longer than I expected is my account now my tax return supposed to be here on the 20th will it still be in this account did they close my account because I wasn't able to pay them on time
