Did TT give you the May 4 date? If so, that was just an estimate.
First, if the child lived with her Father in 2020, your ex should have sent YOU a signed 8332 form, which YOU then submit with your own tax return. See instructions here:

Second, only the IRS can tell you the status of your refund, but it sounds like they may be looking at who has the right to claim your daughter.. The IRS will contact you if they need any more info, so all you can do now is wait.
Only the non-custodial parent that did NOT physically live with the child more then half the year must file a 8332 form that is given to them by the custodial parent (that DID live with the child).
