Your question is not clear. A tax return is the Form 1040 you send to the IRS; if you get money back it is called a refund. When you prepare a tax return, you enter information from a variety of tax documents like W-2's or 1099's that show your income. So what did you receive two weeks ago---tax documents? Did you receive a W-2, some kind of 1099--or something else?

Are you trying to enter income into the online software? What help do you need with that?

Do you mean your 2023 tax refund from the 2023 tax return that you filed during 2024?

...and now you need to file your 2024 taxes?
