Your question is not clear. A tax return is the Form 1040 you send to the IRS; if you get money back it is called a refund. When you prepare a tax return, you enter information from a variety of tax documents like W-2's or 1099's that show your income. So what did you receive two weeks ago---tax documents? Did you receive a W-2, some kind of 1099--or something else?
Are you trying to enter income into the online software? What help do you need with that?
