TurboTax does not keep tax returns over 7 years old.

There's no telling if the State of Louisiana has tax records for individuals from 2002, but you can ask. Please see https://revenue.louisiana.gov/Faq/Details/1429 and click on the link for Form R-7004.

It looks like you'll have to pay when you file the form; I don't know if they will return the fee if the tax return cannot be found. Good luck!
