My advance says its paid to me but nothing on my card

Hello! I, too, have a payment date for cash advance as of today. I have never received decision email and have consistently checked inbox, spam, and junk with no correspondence. My return was accepted by IRS late yesterday evening but didn't get notified by Turbo until after 2am. I checked the santa Barbara bank website and nothing was found. A couple hours later I checked same website and now shows my Expected refund amount. Scroll further down and it shows cash advance amount and date sent. Last year I never received approval notice just the funds directly in acct. same day.
