Months ago I purchased Turbo Tax and was working on my 2017 tax return. Then started to work on my 2018 tax return and the 2017 went away. I need access again to 2017

Were you using the 2017 CD/download software installed on your computer?   2017 online closed and ended on Oct 15, 2018 - a year ago.   Only 2018 could be done online and 2018 online and e-file ended Oct 15,2019.

2017 and 2018 can only be paper filed and mailed using the desktop version separate for each tax year..

If you paid for one of the TurboTax online editions of either Plus, Deluxe, Premier or Self-Employed then contact TurboTax support so they can push an installation file to your download account so that you can complete the tax return.  The prior year tax returns can only be printed and mailed, they cannot be e-filed.
