If you paid for one of the TurboTax online editions of either Plus, Deluxe, Premier or Self-Employed then contact TurboTax support so they can push an installation file to your download account so that you can complete the tax return.  The prior year tax returns can only be printed and mailed, they cannot be e-filed.
