Money Not Removed From My Account

I filed in March and my tax return has been accepted.  I owed money and programmed my payment for April 13.  The money was not removed from my account.  Should I be worried or is it because the government is basically shut down?

I filed and was approved to have my money taken out on March 30th and am still waiting. Seems like its a pretty big delay this year.

  Turbo Tax will not have a status on your refund. If the IRS website says processing, this means they are working on it.
