Missing money on my tax return

Is anyone else experienced missing money on their tax return? My tax return was supposed to be $1943, but I was only sent $543. I have tried reaching out the the irs and can not get ahold of a human being and have also tried getting in touch with turbo tax and can not find a solution. Please help!
