How do I report my card lost or stolen?
If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, click here to report it lost/stolen. TT will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to you at the address on file. A lost/stolen card replacement fee applies. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

I reported my card lost in April 2019 within that time I moved from California to Texas I've never got my replacement and I still have some of my refund on the card I called customer service but they are asking me for the card number which I don't know all I want is my money
